Any boat will raise wahoo. They have got to be the easiest fish in the ocean to raise.
When swimming I see them meander by, they don't cruise fast like tuna. Their comfort zone is about 40 feet, but if you look away,,,if you look at them they spook easy,,,,auh/ look away and flap yer hand creating a different turbulence, they will come closer. I tried different throat noises like when calling yft but it doesn't work on wahoo,,the hand turbalance while slowly sinking does. Makes me think they use their lat line to detect boats and come to investigate. Tuna seem to be scared allot of times by the boat, ya gotta trick them buggers. Wahoo will bite the stern off an outboard
Nobody mentioned the bottom paint. I'm thinking of going with pink and yellow with black triangles here and there, lol
