Default Tournament Results O.A.C.

The Oceanside Anglers Club held its Marlin Tournament on Saturday
and Sunday. There were 5 fish taken, one on Saturday ouside Northwest Harbor, and the other 4 taken on Sunday. The totally refurbished (and very Fast!) Five A Day, with Captain Grant Hunner at the helm took 3 fish, the one on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Tony Reids "Jessies Best" also took a fish on Sunday. Jim Richert on his new boat "DOS EQUIES II" with myself at the wheel, took Mr. Richerts FIRST EVER Marlin. The Weigh in went as follows:

1st to Miguel Gascon on "FIVE a DAY" 210# Capt Grant Hunner
2and to Jim Richert on "DOS EQUIES II" 202# Capt Jim Squibb
3rd to Tony Ried on "Jessies Best" 139# Capt Mike Anderson

All of the fish were taken on BAIT. Location was for Five a Day Northwest Harbor aprox 5 miles off the beach. Tony Reid and Jim Richert took their fish off of the Dome area, aprox. 1.5 to 2.6 miles off the beach, and up toward the new barricks area.
