Default Looking for a Sportfishing vessel.... Any ideas?

Hey,I'm looking for a Sportfishing vessel that has the capabilities for me, a single bloke to live on for 5 days at a time. Ideally I would like a Tuna tower or at least a decent flybridge that has good visibility, at least one double berth, a holding tank for the toilet and a decent "living area".
The boats I like are, Cabo Express, Riviera Offshore - if only it had a hardtop and tower, Lhurs - but they don't really have decent enough living quarters for a 5 day stay.
I'm looking at 30-38ft, with smallish twin Diesel engines and a budget of around $150- 200k. AUD
If anyone could give me advice on a make of boat that they think would suit would be great, so I can go on with my search.
