As you may have guessed, the plane in question is N106US, the Airbus A320-214 airliner skillfully landed in the Hudson River last year by Chesley Sullenberger. When last we saw it, it was on a barge headed down to river to parts unknown. Now we know that unknown destination is a salvage yard and a sale being managed by Chartis Insurance.
